Manfred Ugalde has been making a lot of noise in the Russian premier league a very dangerous striker who is scoring goals at a very high rate, so far he has 16 goals in 26 league games. Most football fans know the season that Alexander Isaak is having at Newcastle, he has been one of the best strikers in the league if not all of Europe this year. That is why when looking at Isaak's metrics for the season I was intrigued by Ugalde as his metrics line up exactly with Isaak's. After further review I discovered a true fox in the box, a throwback number 9 who is looking to get goals and get you goals only.

He can score with his left foot, right foot and even his head, which makes him a tough player to mark for defenders. He's still young so he has areas that he can improve on. I think he can continue to work on his play outside of the 18 yard box, he currently is only attempting around one dribble per game and is averaging 32 touches per game as well. As he continues to develop this will improve and he will be able to impact the game a lot more outside of just goals. But his current goal scoring rate is not anything to take lightly, he is a player to have on your radar.
