Aaron Hurge

​Aaron Hurge is a quiet but I believe a potential rising star in American football, currently showcasing his talent as a midfielder for Loudoun United of the USL. Aaron is still a very young player & the season has just kicked off in the USL, therefore he has not made many appearances so far. But watching him in the limited time he has featured in the USL along with his 2 starts in the US open cup I've been very impressed with his performances. Although he has a great motor & moves around the field with ease, he does not get caught out of position & then rely on that athleticism to bail him out. He reads the game well & uses his athleticism to get him where he needs to be as he anticipates danger before it occurs. As he continues to develop I think he can improve on his passing accuracy but also passing forward more in order to help those around him start attacks.

I'm very interested to see him more in the USL this year, he signed an academy contract with Loudoun which still allows him to play collegiate soccer. He is a player to keep an eye on as I believe he has potential to play in the MLS, a very exciting prospect.
