Hugo Picard

Hugo Picard is showing himself to be a standout talent for Guingamp, consistently impressing with his composure, vision, & technical ability on the pitch. Playing as an attacking midfielder or winger he continues to be instrumental in orchestrating play from midfield or attacking positions with the ability to play between the lines, at only 21 years old he shows maturity beyond his years. Picard's passing range & intelligent positioning make him a key asset in Guingamp's setup, often dictating the tempo & linking defense with attack seamlessly. Looking at Picard's game I believe he will be expected to add more goals as he reaches the next level. He is a fantastic player with an eye for a pass, highlighted by his 6 assists this season & 9 big chances created. Because he continuously gets into dangerous areas it will be expected of him to also score more goals, but I don't have any doubts that he will be able to do just that. With each performance, he continues to grow in confidence, & is definitely a player who should be making the move from the french second division to the top division this coming summer.
